Business Development Manager

Requirement:

  • Need dynamic individuals with 2-6 years experience in IT Sales & Marketing.
  • Candidate must have very good communication skills and Customer Relationship building skills.
  • Should have prior experience in leading a sales team and experience of end-to-end handling of sales cycle for IT projects in at least one or more areas out of Software Development, Mobile Applications Development, Websites Design and Development, Digital Marketing, Product Engineering and other IT Services.
  • Must have good planning and tracking skills and the ability to converse with various stakeholders like Client, Development Team/Manager and third party Vendors etc.
  • Judgment and Decision Making along with ability to deal with ambiguity.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Execution of end to end sale cycle including lead generation, customer presentation, closing deal and acting as point of contact for customer issues.
  • Present a positive Brand Image about various products or services of the company to potential clients. Explain advantages and features of service/products of the company.
  • Cold calls / meetings as appropriate within assigned geographic areas to generate new leads.

  • Provide regular feedback to senior management about market situation and competitor activity.
  • Candidate will be given a particular area/territory for working- wherein he will have to visit all sorts of business establishments (small to big) , meet the customers, make an entry of complete details of their business in company system and provide regular reports to their head.

Eligibility:

  • A Bachelor and Master's degree preferably an MBA with specialization in Marketing/Sales and IT.
  • Candidates with other equivalent qualifications but great proven experience in IT/Software sales will also be considered.
  • Candidates both with Offline Sales and Online Sales/Bidding experience can apply.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with consistently good academic records and proven track record in handling the Business Development for the divisions/areas mentioned above.
  • Fresher can also apply who is having good communication skills, convincing power, basic knowledge of methods involved in showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
